What battery would I need to light these leds?

I don't know what you mean by "no plus involved" and I'm concerned by that phrase "forward voltage" there. Are you sure that isn't a MAXIMUM forward voltage? You called these "lights" but what are they? Are they LEDs? LEDs usually need a resistor. How are you connecting these together? Each to a separate battery? All together in series or in parallel? And how long do you want them to last? That's what usually determines what battery to use. Sorry, but you need to be much more specific with your question, or just tell us what you're trying to accomplish and someone can design you a circuit to do it.
