Is it illegal to have bike lights like this ?

I have a mountain bike and went to the store and picked up lots of bike likes.Im wondering though if my setup could be illegal tho.I have 2 high powered white led lights for the front, which can be steady or flash really fast, 2 red rectangle leds that can steady or flash rapidly, that are also pretty bright, and another ready one for the back.However if i mount the 2 whits led's and the 2 red's in the front, and then the one other red led in the back, could i be stopped for having to many lights or something ? all the lights i bought you can buy from a regular store like walmart or whatever, but these lights are pretty bright, i dont want people thinking im some service when im not, because there white and red and really bright
