Xbox 360 open tray problem?

My xbox is not freaking working. I put a game in, it will start reading then the lazer will get stuck at the top and stay there, i tried moving it back. Cleaning the lense. IM CLUELESS! PS. I HAVE A CUSTOM CUT DVD DRIVE AND LEDs THAT POWER OFF THE SAME POWER AS THE DVD DRIVE Someone please help me. Here is more detail in this video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h5b7EkJite0
