Cool things to do with LEDs on a super low budget?

I have a few LEDs and not a considerable amount of electrical knowledge. I want to do some easy, cool projects for a really low budget, like less than 10$ or with stuff that can be found around the house. Any Ideas? Also, does anyone no any websites that have SUPER cheap LEDs? Thanks
