Bugs are eating my pumpkin plants?

sevin liquid would work .. but do it in midday and try to chase most of the bees off with a water hose before you do it because you can wipe them out pretty quick especially if you do it when the flowers are open early .. best and most economical way to use the sevin liquid is to mix it yourself in a pump up sprayer and dont try to make it strong .. mix it on the weak side, it doesnt have to be full strength to waste those bugs ..
