Need your advice on the following?
LED consumes very little power and has 90% light efficiency. Buy 40 pieces WHITE LED rated 3 volts,current between 10mA to 20mA. Solder them all in series and light it up directly with 120V AC from power outlet. Or series 80 pieces LED and light it up with 230V AC.
