Can i attach a battery to 100 LEDS?

I am making a costume which will have LED's all over, I cannot be plugged in all night so would it be possible to attach a battery to these lights on eBay Item Number: 270658571202. Surely LED don't take much power, hardly any and last for ages. As stated on the listing: Powered Input: AC 220-240V (suitable for 220-240V electricity supply countries ) This item cannot be used with 110V electricity supply directly.
