For you to get infected by Rabies, the virus needs to be injected directly into the bloodstream. You do not get Rabies through the eyes or mouth. You honestly need therapy if you're so paranoid about Rabies. If a Rabid animal bites you, only then are you infected and should get the required medication immediately, but otherwise, it's impossible to get the disease.
