How can I save my aloe plant?

I transplanted my HUGE aloe plant into a bigger pot because the one it was in was not big enough anymore. I also moved it outside and have not watered it other than for the initial transplant (about three days ago). Now all the stalks are wilted, slumped over and lightening in color...why might it be doing this and how can I save it?
