Thermaltake armor+ MX pc case fan questions?

Ok, I am looking to add two bottom 120 mm case fans, and my questions are this, what are the best value wise, say cooling to price? Leds are nice, my case has blue ones now. Also I would like to mount an exhaust fan on top, there are holes for air to pass through, and if possible, how would I go about using a fan controller?
