Talismoon Whisper Fan LOUD?

Hi, I recently got the talismoon whisper fans with blue leds in it. And was wondering why its so loud. It starts off quiet but when you start a game they are like 4x louder then the stock fans, these aren't the legacy whisper fans, so they don't come with the nitro switch to switch it from the insanely loud 12v to the quiet 5v. Is there any way I can switch them to 5v without the switch? Thank You!
