Saltwater aquarium help!?

I just started my first saltwater aquarium. After letting the tamk sit for about three weeks with live rocks and monitering the levels. All the levels are fine so I finally added 2 true percula clown fish and a bubble tip anenome yesterday. The clowns are doing fine but the anenome was sitting on top of the rocks but now is hiding in the cave my rocks make wedging itself in there. I know your just supposed to let them do their thing. But is it not liking my lighting"? I have a 45 gallon tank with full spectrum blue and white 60mW LEDs
