A few saltwater aquarium questions?

I started my first saltwater aquarium two days ago. My tank sat for about three weeks before I added two true percula clown fish and a rose bubble tip anenome. All of my chemicals are fine and I have a 45 gallon tank with full spectrum whit and blue 60mW LEDs. The anenome sat on top of the rock for the first day but now is hiding in the little cave my live rocks make. My clown fish go in there and "play" in the anenome but why won't it come out? Does it not like my clown fish? Or my lighting? And I'm not sure how I'm supposed to feed it in there either
