What could I grow inside a hollowed out light bulb?

So I just learned how to hollow out a burned out light bulb...and I've seen that people are growing moss inside the empty bulb. So I was wondering, does anyone have any other ideas on what can be grown inside an empty light bulb beside moss? As in plants.
